Shipping policy

Our turn around time is 1-2 weeks on PREORDER items (usually less, but occasionally we can fall behind a bit), any RTS (ready to ship) will ship in 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience! Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation if an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving it along with pictures and we will send out a new one with a return label for the damaged items!
